1. Fill the Foot Spa with warm or cold water up to the MAX fill line (approx. 2.36 inches, or about 6 cm). Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. 2. Sit comfortably in a chair and place your feet into the Foot Wells. Never stand up in the Foot Spa. 3. Press the Power Button (2) to activate. Vibration, bubble massage and water tempering will activate. 4. Press the Power Button (2) again to turn on the red lights. 5. Press the Power Button (2) a third time to shut the Foot Spa off.
